John is the owner & founder of The PellowTeam, a full service premier real estate, auction, and marketing firm. He is also the auction expert for Coldwell Banker Select, the largest real estate company in Oklahoma. His focus is building relationships internally in the real estate brokerage community and externally working directly with strong key clients locally and regionally. John’s expertise and commitment is to provide the highest level of client service by creating the most efficient, transparent, and timely solutions ultimately creating a “Win, Win, Win” for the client, buyer and The PellowTeam. Having spent over 25 years of his professional career in various aspects of Sales, marketing, and operations, he has become an expert in his field. Prior to starting The PellowTeam and joining Coldwell Banker Select, John was the Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for one of the top global auction leaders in the country. He was responsible for several large key accounts and created an in-house marketing agency. Prior to that he was the Director of Marketing for another real estate auction and brokerage firm overseeing the marketing and sales support of several divisions including Commercial Real Estate, Farms and Ranches, Premiere Properties and Online Only divisions. He has also held several leadership positions with a major wireless company and national retail sporting goods chain. John graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma and holds his Oklahoma real estate license. He has lived in Tulsa since 1994 and has been very involved in his community. He has attended the Leadership Tulsa – Executive Program through the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce, was the past President of his Home Owners Association and the past Marketing Director for the Route66 Marathon. John enjoys travel, running (8 marathons), doing boot camp at the local YMCA, and spending time with friends and family at Grand Lake. John is an avid boater, sailor, skier and anything else you can do on the water. He has a beautiful daughter and step son attending the University of Oklahoma. His wife is the love of his life and keeps him focused, motivated and grounded.
